Personal injury claims arise when an individual is harmed or injured from acts that can be either negligent or intentional in nature. Examples of negligence include death or medical complications resulting from a physician or nursing home carelessness; porch collapses due to construction flaws, or injuries caused by machines or products with defective designs. Harm may be considered physical, psychological, or both.
Mr. Neslund has tried personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, porch collapses, train accidents, defective products and auto accidents involving drunk drivers.
In 2015, Mr. Neslund obtained a $3.5 million dollar verdict for the estate of a woman paralyzed when she fell from a back staircase that was under illegal construction and missing hand railings. Mr. Neslund also obtained a judgement of over $3 million dollars on behalf of the estate of a man fatally shot outside a nightclub.
